The history of KADRA started in 2019, when KADRA has undergone through a process of reidentification, after which the entire organization has adopted a new business model. Thus, from a company divided into several divisions, it turned to a single organization focused on integrated solutions. KADRA recapitalizes on everyday space, making it accessible and increasing comfort.

New needs arise on the construction market: protection against fire, smoke exhaustion, renovation of public hospitals and the development of private networks etc. The firm concludes new partnerships with consecrated European producers and imports more products specialized on these needs: fire-resistant curtains, actuators for smoke hatches and skylights, air-tight automatic doors, parking management systems, etc.

This year, the second, self-standing assembly firm was established. The step was taken as a result of the increasing requests for assembly activities. The business center in Bucharest was established, firstly as commercial office, and as of 2003 the Bucharest depot was opened. Today, it is servicing the whole southern part of Romania.

Aluterm established a self-standing department of mounting/installation/maintenance, which becomes, in 2005, a self-standing company.

Aluterm established Timişoara business center: technical-commercial office and storage space.

This is the year when the name of the company was changed to Aluterm Group. The moment sets the stage for the apparition of the two divisions of the following year.

Aluterm’s history begins in 1993, the year when in Cluj-Napoca was established the first company which aimed to revolutionize the construction market in Romania, providing innovative solutions and technologies through partnerships with European suppliers.
1993
In 1993, Aluterm brought to Romania an innovation, the first polycarbonate plates assuming the role of “breakthrough” company.
1997
Collaboration begins with EMP, one of Aluterm’s strategic partners, supplier of panels and systems of cellular and compact polycarbonate.
1994
Due to the favorable context, even since 1994, Aluterm becomes of the large national importers of polycarbonate.
1997
Collaboration started with DITEC, another strategic partner of Aluterm, supplier of solutions for the automation of access ways. The partnership continues successfully to this day.
1996
Aluterm emerges on the Romanian market also as main supplier of solutions designed for access ways (automation for doors, gates and windows).
1998
This year, Aluterm is involved in a large project of modernization of Colțea and Fundeni hospitals, Colentina, both in Bucharest.
