In every organization’s life, there comes a time of maturing and growth, of settling and relying on the strong experience that has been gained, on evolution. After a consistent analysis process, and after 25 years of life, Aluterm Group is reinventing itself, professionalizing its business within the smallest details and changing, in the meantime, its visual identity.
It all started with a set of questions. Who are we today? Are we what we preserve or are we a long-running change? What ensures our homogeneity? And, most of all, how can we value our built experience in order to amplify our impact on the market from now on? We realized what we already knew: that timemeans transformation and change. Transformation stands in both the case of people and that of companies. It’s a sign of life, of health, for any organism/organization. It’s inevitable. And when lead with a plan, transformation means evolution.
We started in the year 1993, in Cluj-Napoca, motivated by our desire to make a change and by our trust in the access technologies developed in Western Europe. 25 years later, after hundreds of finalized projects and thousands of lessons learned, we are still the one to bring inovation in Romania in automated access systems, whether in the form of door and gate automation solutions, parking management systems or automated smoke exhaust sysytems.

The objective of our company’s remodeling is that of offering you, our partner, an integrated solution in the areas that we have specialized in, without losing the benefits of our specialized services in each field of expertise. Therefore, the three divisions of the company: Siatec, Parkomatic and Makroplast are transforming into business lines and will be integrated as complementary solutions in any application from the domain of civil and industrial constructions.
KADRA is, starting today, the dome under which we gather the most inovative access engineering solutions, a team of proffessionals who have embraced our antreprenorial vision, and 25 years of experience.
