“Regina Maria” Military Hospital – parking system

The multi-leveled parking lot from “Regina Maria” Military Hospital was opened in December of 2015.

The building has 7 levels, 4 underground and 3 over ground (of which, one technical level). In total, 306 parking places were created, 39 places at underground 4 (the lowest, located 12 meters underground), 47 places at underground 3, 48 places at underground 2, 48 places at underground 1, 36 places on the ground floor, 48 places on the first floor and 40 places on the technical floor.

10 places were assigned for disabled persons. 8 places were assigned for electrical cars, 8 places allowing the possibility of charging to especially arranged power outlets. The parking lot also provides places for bicycles.

According to mytex.ro, the value of the works on the “Military”’s parking lot is 17.915.063,68 lei (VAT included), less by 5 million compared to the estimated value, and the total financing of 24,33 million Lei is ensured by the Regional Operational Program, Brasov Growth Pole, Brasov City Hall paying co-financing of 2%.

The parking system became operational on December 14, 2015.

The Beneficiary of the work is Brasov Municipality City Hall.

The parking lot is provided with a parking system with 3 entries and 3 exists servicing the 306 parking places.

KADRA installed a VoIP intercom system for this parking system, offering the possibility of bidirectional call, to provide support to customers.

The parking system has two automatic cash registers prepared to cash in coins and banknotes, payment by card, releasing change in coins and banknotes.

The installation of quick barriers was elected for heavy traffic, interconnected and with a fire alarm system.

The parking lot holds two displays for showing the number of available places both at the main entrances on the ground floor and at the entrance to the terrace.

The parking system of “Regina Maria” Military Hospital is prepared to implement the long-term solution, for access by proximity cards.

This system offers the possibility of granting subscriptions to residents.
