Vehicle counting system
The vehicle counting system contains the bare minimum necessary for tracking the vehicles located in the parking lot. The counting is being done the moment a vehicle is in transit, in the following spots: the entry station/ the exit station.
The vehicle tracking happens when it crosses a buried magnetic loop connected to a metal detector.
The direction that the vehicle is passing the area can command a display or a stoplight for indicating the space availability in the lot or on a single level to the user.
All events of entry/exit are conducted by electronic cards that transmit the data to the central unit, which adds up the availability of spaces.
