Access to the Newest and most Innovative Project by one United Properties is Facilitated by Speed Gates from KADRA
To fit the building’s architecture and ensure safe and fast access, KADRA teams installed speed gates (rapid gates) of the latest generation at One Mircea Eliade.
One Mircea Eliade is part of an innovative real estate project developed by One United Properties: One Floreasca City. It is a mixed project: residential, office, and commercial, offering its residents and workers stunning views, green spaces, high-end offices, restaurants, all adjacent to Floreasca Park.
Similar to any building developed by One United Properties, this structure will also integrate an energy-efficient plan, with a green certificate and minimal environmental impact.
Speed Gates: Design and Security Solution
Access to such an iconic building had to match the architectural scale of the structure.
Therefore, after consulting with the architect and the beneficiary, KADRA teams installed speed gates (rapid access gates) from Gastop, a Polish manufacturer specializing in premium pedestrian access solutions for office buildings, sports halls, stadiums, etc.
We proposed this solution because the design of the equipment we provided perfectly matches the building entrance, fully aligning with the architectural vision. We did not compromise on quality and offered the beneficiary a solution that impresses anyone entering the office building of the One Mircea Eliade complex.
Such a project also presented challenges, namely the need to integrate the access system into our equipment. Additionally, it was necessary to adapt the safety glass to the dimensions of the card readers.
Speed Gates SG4
The SG4 speed gate model is constructed from safety glass and can be used in tandem with both ticketing systems and access control systems.
Such a solution is suitable for airports, maritime or river stations, office buildings, border crossing points, museums, theaters, exhibition centers, performance or sports halls, etc.
The equipment is intelligent and generates sound and visual alerts in case of unauthorized passage or when objects appear in the glass gate area that may jeopardize the correct functioning of the system. In emergencies, the equipment opens to allow immediate passage.
There are sound alarm reports, among others, for unusual situations (for example, two people trying to pass in the same direction or opposite directions without authorization) or signaling the presence of an unauthorized object in the motion detection area.
