Fire Safety through Smoke Hatches for BacăU International Airport
Starting November 15, Bacău International Airport benefits from a new terminal, a modern one, equipped with all the facilities of a modern airport, including fire safety.
For this project, part of the emergency protection was provided by KADRA, through a number of 20 smoke hatches for the roof, designed to evacuate smoke and heat. The roof smoke hatches are part of a series of solutions to facilitate building safety, in compliance with the fire safety authorization that became mandatory from October 1, 2017. They represent protection systems for people, property, and the building in case of fire and allow easy and efficient intervention in case of fire extinguishing.
Other emergency protection solutions and more were offered by KADRA: over 300 window motors, automatic access doors, fire-resistant metal doors clad with HPL.
