We invest constantly in programs for professional development for both our own employees and for the partner companies’ teams. We search for continuous improvement for the KADRA teams through technical workshops, but also through experience exchanges, in Romania or at our foreign partners’ headquarters.

KADRA holds regional deposits in București, Cluj Napoca, Timișoara, that ensure the bond with our clients and partners through the team of specialists, and teh technical and logistic infrastructure.
