Press Release on Project Implementation Commencement "Renewable Energy Sources for KADRA TECH SRL"
KADRA TECH S.R.L., tax identification code 17696129, registered at the Trade Register under no. J12/2258/2005, headquartered in Cluj-Napoca Municipality, Romania, Str. Tăietura Turcului no. 47, Cluj-Napoca Municipality, Tăietura Turcului Street, No. 47, KADRA Building, Cluj County, postal code 400285, Romania, is implementing as of 27.03.2023 the project titled “Renewable energy sources for KADRA TECH SRL“, SMIS code 160946, co-financed by the Cohesion Fund, through the Large Infrastructure Operational Program 2014-2020, implemented at the national level by the Ministry of Investments and European Projects, through AM – POIM as the Managing Authority.
The total value of the project is 550,769.18 lei of which:
- 249,057.18 lei – Total eligible non-reimbursable value
- 211,698.60 lei – Eligible non-reimbursable value from CF
- 37,358.58 lei – Eligible non-reimbursable value from the national budget
- 203,774.06 lei – Co-financing
The general objective of the project:
The main objective pursued by this investment plan is to increase energy efficiency, which will impact the reduction of GHG emissions, the development of clean energy sources at the company level, achieving savings in annual primary energy consumption, and reducing the energy intensity of the company’s activities, contributing to the achievement of the European Union’s objectives for the period 2021-2030, assumed nationally through the Integrated National Energy and Climate Change Plan 2021-2030 (PNIESC) regarding the final energy consumption from renewable resources and increasing energy efficiency. The project objectives are closely linked to the specific objective of the “Large Infrastructure Operational Program” (POIM 2014-2020), priority axis 11 – Measures to improve energy efficiency and stimulate the use of renewable energy at the enterprise level, investment priority 11.1 – Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources for own consumption of enterprises, namely ensuring energy efficiency and reducing consumption.
Expected results following project implementation:
- Photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of 70 kWp installed at the project implementation location, at the energy contour targeted in the energy analysis.
- 81% of the annual electricity consumption for the year 2021 ensured from renewable energy sources based on the photovoltaic panel system installed during the project implementation period, at the energy contour targeted in the energy analysis.
- Greenhouse gas emissions reduced by 81% compared to the year 2021, as a result of the investment project implementation, at the energy contour targeted in the energy analysis.
