Press Release on the Completion of the Renewable Sources Project

The project “Renewable energy sources for KADRA TECH SRL”, funded through the Large Infrastructure Operational Program 2014-2020, SMIS code 2014+160946, was implemented by KADRA TECH SRL, with a total value of 550,769.16 lei of which 249,057.18 lei represents non-reimbursable funding, consisting of 37,358.58 lei eligible non-reimbursable value from the national budget and 211,698.60 lei eligible non-reimbursable value from FC. The Large Infrastructure Operational Program 2014-2020 is implemented nationally by the Ministry of Investments and European Projects, as the Managing Authority, and regionally by the Regional Infrastructure Directorate.

The general objective of the project was to increase energy efficiency, which will impact the reduction of GHG emissions, the development of clean energy sources at the company level, achieving savings in annual primary energy consumption, and reducing the energy intensity of the company’s activities, contributing to the achievement of the European Union’s objectives for the period 2021-2030, assumed nationally through the Integrated National Plan in the field of Energy and Climate Change 2021-2030 (PNIESC) regarding the final energy consumption from renewable resources and increasing energy efficiency.

Implemented project results are:

1. Photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of 70 kWp installed at the project implementation site, within the energy contour targeted in the energy analysis;
2. 81% of the annual electricity consumption for the year 2021 ensured from renewable energy sources based on the photovoltaic panel system installed during the project implementation period, within the energy contour targeted in the energy analysis;
3. Result of greenhouse gas emissions reduced by 81% compared to the year 2021, as a result of the implementation of the investment project, within the energy contour targeted in the energy analysis.
