Parking System from KADRA for Coratim Cluj

Office buildings often need to accommodate the flow of employees, suppliers, and visitors who frequently use the same parking lot. An automated parking system allows for the simple and elegant delineation of user types for that parking lot, without too much hassle for facility management or security teams.

A Parkomatic system was recently installed at Coratim, an office building located on the Clujana platform, situated 2 kilometers from the city center.

Parking with Dedicated Zones, Access Control, and Automatic Payments

The parking lot has two zones, which required two entrances; one perimeter is dedicated to visitors and one is for subscribers, with a common exit. To better guide drivers, the entrances are equipped with free space displays, one for each zone.

Access to the parking lot is granted with a ticket, proximity card, and license plate recognition thanks to LPR cameras. Subscribers have access only with a proximity card and based on license plate recognition. Additionally, the visitor area is equipped with an automatic payment machine where payment is made only by bank card. The building tenants also have two card checkers with which they can grant free tickets to those who visit them.

The project carried out for Coratim is a good example of how an automated parking system can meet multiple needs, from quick and secure access for subscribers to free access for certain categories of visitors or paid access for those who wish to use the parking lot for a certain period of time. Efficient, fast, easy to implement, the Parkomatic system allows for smart organization, streamlining the efforts of administrators and creating a more than good experience for users.
