Automatic Sliding Doors Installed at IașI International Airport

Iași International Airport was established in 1905 under the name Iași Aerodrome. In 1926, it became a Commercial Airport with the inauguration of the Bucharest-Galați-Iași and Chișinău routes.

In 2012, Iași International Airport inaugurated a terminal for domestic flights, with an area of 1,210 sqm. To facilitate passenger access to this building, KADRA provided and installed automatic sliding doors harmoniously integrated into the glass facade of the terminal. These doors ensure a controlled and rapid flow of passengers, contributing to the operational efficiency of the airport.

The project targeted the initial terminal, inaugurated before the recent expansions of the airport. KADRA offers a complete range of solutions for access management in airports – from parking entry to boarding – ensuring safety, efficiency, and perfect integration with the modern architecture of airport infrastructure.
