And KADRA solutions have found their place in the new built area, after, two years ago, we also “opened the doors” for shopping at Electroputere Mall, where we have already installed nine sliding doors from the Swiss manufacturer Record.

Automatic Sliding Doors with Break-Out for Safe Access in the Shopping Center

It is about 13 automatic sliding doors with break-out. A versatile and silent solution, elegant and suitable for stores that want to welcome their customers in conditions of complete comfort and safety.

KADRA specialists came up with the optimal solution for easy and safe access in the new wing of the shopping center, which receives a significant flow of customers every day. Thus, KADRA teams installed sliding doors equipped with a total break-out system, which allows the creation of wide access spaces in case of emergency. For sliding doors, the break-out system allows the segments of doors and side panels to pivot at 90°, regardless of the door position. Obviously, this feature is added to the normal, linear opening movement.

Customized Solutions

This solution eliminated the need to design and install swing doors with panic evacuation handles, without the need to modify the facade and optimizing costs. Moreover, the entire work complies with the regulations of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations regarding evacuation in case of danger.

Beyond safety, these automatic doors have the advantage of enlarging the passage opening, allowing the introduction of bulky products into the building when needed, which is why these doors are generally preferred by shopping centers and large stores.

Sliding doors are the perfect option for such commercial galleries with exterior stores where access is made from outside. Beyond the fact that, from a design point of view, sliding doors highlight the facade of each store, they ensure free, fast, and safe circulation of customers.
