KADRA Opens Modern Doors for Shopping at Piața Sudului

An important point on the map of Bucharest, Piața Sudului, entered into an extensive renovation and modernization process more than a year and a half ago. The works were recently completed, and the new market was inaugurated on August 11.

Revolving Doors - Modern Solution

It is an impressive construction of 6000 square meters with all the necessary facilities for conducting modern commerce. The total investment communicated by the sector 4 city hall amounted to over 10 million euros and involved transforming the entire area of Piața Sudului (the construction housing the market, green spaces, parking).

KADRA participated in this project by providing the two main access doors to the market premises. And for this new and modern construction, the solution proposed by our teams was represented by two modern revolving Record Blasi doors. The revolving door option was considered the best choice as it allows easy access for visitors with purchases and equally ensures good thermal insulation of the interior environment, with the market having high-performance ventilation systems for the comfort of both merchants and buyers.
