We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in promoting our company’s products in the designated area.

Successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, etc.).
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM or similar sales tools.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilities:

  • Exploring the market to identify new projects, opportunities, and specific clients for your department.
  • Achieving proposed objectives in collaboration with the National Unit Manager.
  • Presenting and promoting our products/services by creating compelling offers for potential and existing clients.
  • Preparing sales contracts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements within established limits, considering factors such as maximum discount, delivery time, and client obligations.
  • Monitoring contract compliance, invoicing, and timely collection of payments.
  • Maintaining constant communication with existing clients throughout the sales process.
  • Preparing detailed reports on sales performance, competitor analysis, market trends, and potential clients using designated tools.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues from different departments throughout the sales process.
  • Initiating and overseeing orders together with colleagues from the procurement department, adhering to established procedures.
  • Coordinating the transfer of project details to the Project Manager.
  • Generating leads for colleagues in other departments.
