International experience: KADRA at CONVEHO 2024 and visiting one of Europe’s most advanced hospitals

Our colleague, Cătălin Datcu, representing KADRA, had the opportunity to attend CONVEHO – European Hospital Convention 2024, held in Amsterdam— a landmark event in European healthcare infrastructure. The edition held under the theme “More than a hospital” brought to the forefront new perspectives on the role of hospitals in society and how they can become centres of excellence integrated into the community.

Cătălin also had the privilege of visiting Prinses Máxima Centrum voor Kinderoncologie, one of Europe’s most advanced paediatric oncology hospitals, thanks to the kindness of Ms Gita Gallé, the hospital’s CFO & COO. The visit gave us a concrete perspective on how a modern hospital is conceived, built, and equipped to meet the highest standards of medical care.

We had the opportunity to see first-hand how innovation, attention to detail, and dedication to the patient underpin the infrastructure of a hospital of excellence. It is a powerful example of what it means to place patients’ health and comfort at the centre of every design and operational decision.

At KADRA, we are determined to actively contribute to improving conditions in Romania’s hospitals by providing access management solutions that support safety, efficiency and comfort for patients and medical staff. We draw inspiration from the best to bring standards of excellence to our own healthcare infrastructure.

We thank Ms Gita Gallé and the CONVEHO team for facilitating this valuable experience, which we aim to turn into concrete, high-impact projects in Romania as soon as possible.
